My Holy Grail Make-up Brushes

How is everyone doing?
I know I have not blogged in over 3 months. I have been so busy with Cosmetology School & working. Hopefully, I can try to get back into the swing of things...

I wanted to talk about my Holy Grail Make-up brushes that I use every day.
I swear by them.

I'm obviously a HUGE fan of Real Techniques & ELF. Both very affordable brands that work well. You get more bang for your buck.

This brush is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! I can not rave enough about this brush. I bought it at Wal-Mart (of all places) for only $10.
I use this brush to contour with my liquid foundation, apply my concealer & blend my blush. It really blends so smooth!

This powder brush from ELF is another awesome bargain brush from Wal-Mart that costs only $3!!! I have used this brush for years & I have no complaints.

Another Real Techniques brush that I bought from Wal-Mart. This actually came in a set with the 3 other amazing brushes for only $15. I use this brush to blend my eyeshadows together on my crease & brow bone.

This brush is WOW!!! I use this brush to apply my eyeshadow on my crease in a "Windshield Wiper" motion. This was also in the Real Techniques starter set from Wal-Mart.

I use this brush for shading & blending under my eyes & to achieve that "Smoky Eye" look. I bought this brush for only $5.99 at Wal-Mart.

The last two brushes are also from Real Techniques. The brow brush came in the starter set from Wal-Mart. I use it to apply highlight under my brows & also to apply Brow Pomade on my Eyebrows.
I bought the Silicone Eyeliner brush from Ulta Beauty for $5.99. This brush is amazing because it's made from Silicone which means it won't bend or seperate like a normal Eyeliner brush that is constantly used a lot to dip into Cream Eyeliners.

These are my Holy Grail make-up brushes that I absolutely adore.
I hope that you will also love these brushes like I do! =)

XOXO

My Top 5 Blushes

One of my favorite things to wear on my face is definitely BLUSH. I get so many compliments on my blush. Blush can make your skin glow or dewy & it can define your cheeks.

Here is a breakdown of my top 5 (affordable) blushes:

My number one will always be Fresh Plum by Estee Lauder. I have used this blush for years! As you can see I have already hit pan. I need more!!! Lol.

You can buy this at Estee Lauder.com or any other beauty boutiques online. Retails for $32.

I am a huge fan of ELF Cosmetics! Affordable & Amazing make-up & their blushes are NO exception.

This is twinkle pink. A coral blush with beautiful flecks of glitter.

It is beautiful!!!

I bought this blush at T.J. Maxx for only $2.49 but you can also buy ELF Cosmetics at Target, Wal-Mart, Marshalls, & the ELF Cosmetics Website.

My most recent discover: Rose Garden by NYX Cosmetics! (Another affordable & amazing make-up line)

It is a gorgeous PINK!!! It looks amazing on my tan skin.

I bought this for only $4.99 at Target. You can also buy NYX Cosmetics at Ulta Beauty Store, T.J. Maxx, CVS & the NYX Cosmetics website.

I most recently discovered BH Cosmetics through instagram & wow their blushes & eyeshadow palettes are amazing, highly pigmented & of course affordable!

Tulip Blush Duo.

Drop Dead Gorgeous!

The blush on the right makes my skin glow! It is amazing!

Iris Blush Duo.

So beautiful!!!

Very Pigmented!

Amazing!

I bought these blushes for $3.99 on bhcosmetics.com! Such a great deal!

Ladies if you try any of these blushes I promise you will NOT be disappointed! These blushes are beautiful!

I apply my blushes with an angled contouring brush. I start on the apples of my cheek & I blend outwards. Be careful with blush because if you put too much you can look like a clown. Make sure you always blend well! Hope that helps! =)

Thanks for stopping by!

xoxo.

Makeup Look for 07.23.14

Wearing shades of my favorite color: Purple. I got a lot of compliments on my make-up today.

I used my Purple Milani Infinite Liquid Eyeliner that I bought for only $1 at Dollar Tree for my cat eye & winged eyeliner. Such a great product for only $1! It goes on smooth & applies really well.

I used my holy grail eyeshadows by Maybelline Eye Studio in Amethyst Ablazed & Purple Icon. I highly recommend Maybelline eyeshadows. Such a Great Drugstore Brand! I used my favorite brushes by EcoTools to apply my eyeshadows.
